How do I create an account with r y e?
Visit our woman of r y e page to join now. You can send an e-mail to customer.service@r-y-e.co if you need assistance in creating an account.
How do I accumulate r y e points?
Accumulation of r y e points can be done online, pop-ups and at our r y e boutiques, upon letting our r y e staff know. Every dollar spent is equivalent to 1 r y e point accumulated.
Will my r y e points expire?
There is no expiry date for points.
How do I view my r y e points?
Login to your account on our website header. Simply click on the ‘view points’ tab at the top right-hand corner of your account details to view your points or redeem vouchers.
How do I redeem my points, vouchers, and discounts?
Redemption of points, vouchers and birthday discounts can only be done online, pop-ups and at our r y e boutiques. Stacking of vouchers and discounts is not allowed. You have to be an existing customer to be able to enjoy the birthday discount and referral reward.
I have created more than one account. How can I merge them?
You can send an e-mail to customer.service@r-y-e.co if you require assistance in merging your accounts.
Where can I enter my birthday details?
After a successful checkout from our online store, fill in the birthday sign-up form on the order status page. Alternatively, you can visit this birthday page to enter your birthday details.

For offline registration, our r y e staff can assist you with entering your birthday details after you have completed your in-store purchase.
When will I receive my birthday discount?
On your birthday date, a unique birthday discount code will be sent to your e-mail inbox. The birthday discount is valid for 1 month from your birthday.

Our opening hours are as follows:

Can I pick up my order in store?
Upon checkout, you can select to pick up your order at our boutique in Joo Chiat. Orders will be ready in 24 hours for pick-up. Please bring along your confirmation e-mail for verification purposes.

Am I able to make a reservation on a product?
We can’t make reservations for our products. You can drop your e-mail or contact number on the 'notify me when available' tab on our product pages. We’ll notify you when the item you’re eyeing for is back!
Can I enjoy my first order discount in stores?
Our 10% off your first order discount can be enjoyed both online and in stores! You can redeem the code once you've created an account with us.

How do I track my parcel?
All parcels are trackable. We will send a personalised tracking number to you once your parcel is ready for pickup at our warehouse by our trusted local courier partner, Qxpress. You may then wish to follow up with Qxpress for any delivery enquiries.

Returns

What is your return policy?
Return parcels are required to reach us within 14 days after the original purchase date. We ask that items are returned in its original packaging with the swing tag attached, unworn, unwashed and undamaged—a quick try-on is cool; a night out with your boo or a long day at work is not cool.

If your order is damaged upon arrival or otherwise failed to please, reach out to us at customer.service@r-y-e.co. We will gladly accept these items back and work with you on a replacement or another solution.
