Returns and Exchanges
What is your return policy?
Return parcels are required to reach us within 14 days after the original purchase date. We ask that items are returned in its original packaging with the swing tag attached, unworn, unwashed and undamaged—a quick try-on is cool; a night out with your boo or a long day at work is not cool.
If your order is damaged upon arrival or otherwise failed to please, reach out to us at customer.service@r-y-e.co. We will gladly accept these items back and work with you on a replacement or another solution.

How do I return an in-store purchase?
We only accept returns of in-store purchase at their original location. Please provide us with your e-receipt and we will assist you with the return/exchange accordingly.
How do I return a purchase from Boutiques Fair?
Returns of purchases from Boutiques Fair will follow the same methods as returns of locally shipped orders. Please refer below to make your returns or exchanges accordingly.
How do I return a locally shipped order?
Please drop us an e-mail at customer.service@r-y-e.co with your return request and we will notify you once your request has been approved.
There are 2 ways you can return your online order:
1. Return by mail
Please mail your return order to the address provided in the approval email. We do not provide return shipping labels, and therefore the return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility. We recommend using a service with tracking so we can have eyes on where your returns are.
2. Store drop-off (Only Joo Chiat boutique)
Visit our boutique with your invoice and the items to return. We will assist you with the return/exchange accordingly.

How do I make an return or exchange?
To start a return or exchange, pack up the return items with the original invoice and return note tucked inside. On the return note, please select the reason for return and indicate whether you’d prefer a refund or exchange. For exchanges, add which item you’d like to try next.
Exchanges can only be made for the same style, in a different colour or size; be sure to indicate the exact colour and size of the new item on the return note.
Returns will be processed through store credits that will be sent to your e-mail's inbox, and you may use it on your next purchase. Store credits do not have an expiry date.

How do I use my store credits?
Refund via store credits are presented as a gift card to your e-mail’s inbox. Simply enter the code from the gift card upon checkout to utilise your refunded store credits. It can be used offline and online.
How many times am I allowed for exchanges?
You are only entitled to a one-time exchange per item. If you are unsure of the size or colour to order, please do not hesitate to reach out to us at customer.service@r-y-e.co for guidance.
How long does a refund or exchange take to process?
Refunds or exchanges will be processed within 3-4 business days after we received the return. Exchanges will be shipped out once we have processed the original return. If you need to expedite your return or exchange process, please reach out to us at customer.service@r-y-e.co.
Can sale items be returned or exchanged?
Items bought from our sale collection can be returned or exchanged. Items bought during sale events cannot be returned or exchanged.
