When will my international order arrive?
International shipments for express shipping takes typically about 3-4 business days, while standard shipping takes about 5-15 business days to arrive, depending on your location and the speed of customs. Customs duties and taxes are the responsibility of the customer and are non-refundable.
How do I track my parcel?
How do I return an internationally shipped order?
We cannot provide return shipping labels on international shipments, and therefore international return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility. We recommend using a service with tracking so we can have eyes on where your returns are. Please drop us an e-mail for more information at customer.service@r-y-e.co.
Returns and Exchanges
What is your return policy?
Return parcels are required to reach us within 14 days after the original purchase date. We ask that items are returned in its original packaging with the swing tag attached, unworn, unwashed and undamaged—a quick try-on is cool; a night out with your boo or a long day at work is not cool.
If your order is damaged upon arrival or otherwise failed to please, reach out to us at customer.service@r-y-e.co. We will gladly accept these items back and work with you on a replacement or another solution.
